This notice describes the website’s current privacy controls and the owner’s stated inquiry practices. Final business, provider and legal review is still required; this is not a certification of compliance with US or California law.
Information you provide
A quote inquiry may include your name, email address, phone number, city or appointment location, vehicle details, a description of wheel damage and photos you choose to send. Avoid sending payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information. Photos can show faces, plates or location details; crop what is not needed where practical.
How inquiries are used
The owner states that information is used for estimates, appointment arrangements, communication about the requested service and service records. Customer contact details and wheel photos are not used for marketing or shared with other businesses for their own marketing, according to the owner's current practice. Hosting, email, phone and security providers may process information to deliver these services.
Retention practices stated by the owner
The owner currently retains text conversations and texted wheel photos indefinitely as a paper trail and service history. Email inquiries are deleted after a response is sent. Provider or backup copies may remain, and these practices have not been verified against every device, provider, backup or system.
Website storage and necessary operation
This website no longer stores an Instagram permission because the embedded Instagram player has been removed. It attempts to remove the retired wheel-guys-privacy-v1 preference without changing other browser data. A successfully accepted quote request may store a request reference and acceptance time in session storage for the receipt page. This session storage is separate from your inquiry’s contents. Browser storage is not needed to play the repair video.
Repair video and external links
The owner-supplied repair video and poster are stored in App Storage and delivered through this website’s own origin. The video uses native browser controls, does not autoplay, and does not require Instagram cookies, an account or optional-service permission. Hosting and storage providers still process requests to deliver media. The supplied video includes on-screen speech captions and a separate visual description is available next to it. No Instagram player is embedded. Opening an external Google, Yelp or Instagram link is a separate choice to visit that service; its own privacy practices and any cookies or sign-in requirements apply.
Browser privacy signals and optional custom events
Custom usage events are off by default. You can allow them in Privacy information and withdraw permission there at any time. The choice is saved in local storage separately from the retired Instagram preference. Global Privacy Control blocks application custom events even if previously allowed. Events describe text or call clicks, review and Instagram links, quote-form activity and repair-video playback. No names, phone numbers, email addresses, photos, inquiry text or receipt identifiers are added as event properties. A text click does not prove a message was sent; quote acceptance does not prove inbox delivery. These controls do not disable hosting-injected automatic pageviews or certify how external services handle privacy signals. The older Do Not Track setting does not otherwise change this application’s behavior.
Hosting, fonts and other providers
The application serves its fonts, repair photographs and repair media through its own origin and does not include advertising pixels or session-replay software. When analytics is enabled for a published site, Replit injects its analytics tracker; application custom events use that tracker only with the permission described above. Hosting infrastructure may independently receive connection information, set cookies or add scripts. The hosting platform’s published response was observed setting a GAESA cookie and loading a script from i.replit.com; this website’s privacy information dialog does not disable those platform functions or automatic pageviews. Their purposes, retention and legal roles require provider review. When email quotes are enabled, the service sends inquiry details through its email delivery provider; enabling that connection and reviewing its data practices remain separate steps.
California requests and applicable rights
California residents may contact us about their personal information. Depending on which laws apply, rights can include access or knowledge, correction, deletion, receiving a copy, opting out of sale or sharing, limiting certain sensitive-information uses, and freedom from unlawful discrimination for exercising rights. Eligibility, required request methods, response procedures and exceptions must be confirmed for this business; this draft does not certify CCPA/CPRA applicability or implementation of every statutory right. We may need reasonable information to verify a request. Do not send identity documents, account credentials or sensitive details unless a secure and necessary method has been agreed.
Requests and photo permissions
Contact the business to ask about information you provided, request a correction or request deletion. Requests require review of applicable obligations and retained records. Sending a photo for a quote does not grant permission to publish it; separate permission is needed for gallery or marketing use.

No website, email or text system can be promised to be completely secure. Hosting, email-provider, device, backup and retention practices still require review. Technical content was updated October 22, 2026; this is not a final approved effective date. Material updates should be posted on this page, and existing choices must not silently enable new optional services. This notice is not a legal-compliance certification or a guarantee against claims.
